This psychometric tool measures the trajectory of mental health using 11 lifestyle factors as markers and can be used to support both staff and clients with adapting lifestyles to improve their mental health.
The Mental Health Questionnaire is a valuable instrument that enables companies and fitness professionals to recognise and address their workforce and clients’ mental health needs effectively.

MH1 Global offers accredited and CPD courses and workshops.
